Q. What is the difference between Vision Clarity and other more expensive carnosine eye drops such as Can-C? Are Vision Clarity Eye Drops the same? Why do you sell Vision Clarity for so much less?
I have personally spoken to thousands of customers as they re-order over the phone, and the feedback is so positive that I go to bed every night knowing that people are being helped. Some customers email in testimonials, so we post them here as well. For a small few, results may be minimal, but still, they get results. Most are on the other end of the scale with near complete reversal, and still others are somewhere in the middle. They usually take 4 drops a day for 6 to 9 months or even a year. It is best to spread the drops out in the morning, noon, evening, and before bed.
As if the drops are similar, most similar drops all have the same ingredients. But I cannot see where other companies get their N-Acetylcarnosine from. It may be China, as China is the largest importer of carnosine. I do know where our raw materials come from. The N-Acetylcarnosine is from a 50 year old pharmaceutical company in Italy. We provide a Certificate of Analysis and Third Party Testing Certificate to ensure purity. This whole project has been a labor of love with a sincere heart for the health of other people.
The mission of our company is to serve people, not money. We want our product to be affordable so people can use it without breaking the bank, or worse, covering necessary expenses such as food. For this reason we sell direct to the customer at below wholesale cost. The down side of this approach is that customers will not see the drops in stores or online at various sites, because those stores want to make money. I can't sell it to them for any less than I sell to the public, as I take a very low profit margin as it is. The upside is that you get the absolute best quality eye drop available, for the lowest possible price.
Among the handful of websites selling n-acetyl-carnosine eye drops, clever tactics are used to persuade you to believe that only their high priced NAC drops will work. What is noticeable on these other websites are scare phrases and words that warn you to only purchase drops exclusively from them, or only with a specific approval on the box, etc. I am disheartened that a suffering group of people are taken advantage of. You deserve better. Our customers often report that they like Vision Clarity better than products like can-c simply because they have achieved better results in comparison.
It is true that all carnosine eye drops are not created equal. Purity and toxins are a real concern. But so is your budget. Vision Clarity Eye Drops are certified to be free of all contaminants as shown by a Certificate of Analysis for each batch. Click here to view an actual certificate. Not only do thousands of customers prefer our drops, but it's of note that our bottles are clear. This user-friendly feature, which stands in contrast with drops sold in white, non-transparent bottles such as can-c, allows the user to conveniently gauge their dosage. Our N-Acetylcarnosine comes from a 50 year old pharmaceutical company in Italy that specializes in amino acids, and has all the required quality control documents filed with the FDA, TPP, & TGA. This certified formula in Vision Clarity Eye Drops is the original, and has proven to be effective in its combating of eye problems since 2002. Over nine years of impressive results!
Q. How can I get the most from Vision Clarity Eye Drops? What else can I do for my eyes? What is the most I can do for my cataracts?
To get the most from Vision Clarity eye drops, the successful protocol is to take 4 drops a day (morning, noon, evening, and before bed). Frequency is very important. The first noticeable difference typically occurs in about three months of everyday usage of 4 drops at different times, with most people using the drops for an average of 9 months for a significant benefit. With that said, and all the promising research and customer testimonials, still about 5% to 7% of people do not see a difference based on a number of various factors.

Q. What is the daily dosage and application of Vision Clarity Eye Drops?
The standard dosage is one drop, 1 to 4 times a day in each eye. For those who are addressing significant support of cataracts or other eye problems, the recommended daily dosage is one drop, 4 times a day in each eye. For those in the prevention or maintenance phase, 1 drop, 1 to 2 times a day is usual. Some customers have said they like to use 2 drops instead of one. If this is your preference, you may want to wait 5 minutes to apply the second drop to eliminate waste.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply 1 or 2 drops in each eye, 1 to 4 times a day or as directed by a physician. Please read the enclosed product insert carefully. Each package of Vision Clarity Eye Drops contain two re-sealable vials containing a total of about 200 drops, which allows for only a small amount of product to be exposed to oxygen at a time. Unopened vials can be stored in the refrigerator to extend shelf life, but is not necessary.
For the proper installation of drops: Lean head back and look up. Instill one drop, then slowly and gently close the eye, being careful not to squeeze the eye drop out of the eye. Do not blink or reopen for 60 seconds. Repeat this procedure if a second drop is used. Closing the eye allows each drop to be absorbed into the eye tissue. You may also lie down or use a tilt-back chair. You may want to try EZ Drops Reflective Application Strips to make the drops easier to put in.
Q. Can Vision Clarity be used after eye surgery for cataracts, vision correction, and other eye surgeries?
We always recommend that you talk to your doctor before using any eye drops after eye surgery. Many people use Vision Clarity as a preventive after cataract surgery to prevent the cataracts from returning. Just as the drops will not “cure” what caused cataracts, neither will surgery. There are many causes such as age-related, medications such as steroids, eye trauma, diabetes, and from other eye problems such as glaucoma. If one has corrected cataracts with surgery, we recommend using 2 drops a day as a preventative. If one wants to reverse cataracts, then at least 4 drops a day is need, at 4 separate times of the day. There have not been any reports of adverse effects from using Vision Clarity after surgery, but please talk to your doctor.
Q. Can I use Vision Clarity while wearing contact lenses?
We recommend to take the contacts out first before putting in the drops. The contacts should remain out for 10 to 20 minutes after applying the drops. This may be challenging as we also recommend using the drops at least 4 times a day (morning, noon, evening, before bed). The goal is to get the NAC through the cornea, to affect the lens. If there is a barrier such as a contact in the way, less NAC will get where you need it. It is most likely if you put the drops in with the contacts also in, the contact will absorb all the NAC, and the lens will not. Also, with the contact in, you are more likely to blink the drops away as tears. I must mention that we cannot replace the advice of your physician or give medical advice Please talk to your doctor about this and all supplements you are taking.
Q. I have read on another website that one should not take oral supplements such as Lutein and other carotenoids while taking carnosine eye drops. Is that true?
Q. How long will it take to notice the beneficial effects of Vision Clarity Eye Drops?
Most people have reported that they notice a change in as little as one to three months. As they continued daily use, the results are more significant after four to five months and even more dramatic results are achieved after six to eight months. Considering that cataracts and most other age-related eye problems are caused by low anti-oxidant and high free-radical activity, daily use of Vision Clarity Eye Drops has become a popular approach for the treatment and reversal of cataracts and other eye ailments.
Q. Do I need to shake the bottles before putting the drops in?
There is no need to shake the drops as none of the ingredients in Vision Clarity Eye Drops will settle. It will not hurt or affect the outcome either way.
Q. How can I tell if I am getting results from Vision Clarity Eye Drops?
Your physician is in the best position to monitor improvements in your eyes. We strongly encourage you to keep regular appointments for progress reports. From the onset of use you may notice some clarity improvements due to the lubricant benefits. Research has suggested that with continued use of NAC, the chemistry of the eye slowly changes over time. Initial improvements have been reported to occur around the end of the third month. Many customers have reported an improvement in night vision and/or brightness of colors as one of first changes that were noticed, with progressively accelerated results thereafter. Once customers have received optimal results, most continue with a maintenance dose to ensure that cataract or eye problems don't return.
Q. What if I had cataract for several years that has progressively worsened?
Customers have reported better results with younger cataracts. In clinical trials, those who had cataracts less than 7 years have noticed more pronounced results. Those who had cataracts for 7 to 15 years still received favorable results. Those who had cataracts for more than 15 years report some improvement, but to a lesser degree. Most people use the recommended dose until the maximum results are realized; usually between 6 and 12 months. Thereafter, many use a maintenance dose of 1 drop daily to prevent the return of the cataract.

Q. I have heard that some drops cause a burning sensation. Will Vision Clarity Eye Drops?
When the drops are applied there should not be any burning reaction due to our unique low pH formula. If strong burning is noticed, immediately consult your physician and discontinue use of the product. Some customers may have a larger pH spread due to the unique chemistry of their eye, which may give a slight sensation when they apply the drops; while at the same time provide a soothing, relieving response.
Q. Are there any potential side effects?
Multiple human and canine clinical trials resulted with no reported adverse side effects or contradictions, even when used every day for up to 2 years.
Q. Are there any medications that conflict with Vision Clarity?

Q. How well do the drops hold up when shipping in sever heat? Our current temperature is 100+ degrees?
For 9 years now we have been shipping in high temperature weather with no issues. High heat for the short shipping period will not adversely affect the eye drops, or degrade the effectiveness. Additionally, the packaging is quit resistant to heat. If you were to feel the actual bottle they will not feel as hot as we would expect.
Q. Are the Ingredients Derived from Animals?
N-Acetylcarnosine (NAC) is a naturally occurring compound chemically related to the dipeptide carnosine. The NAC molecular structure is identical to carnosine with the exception that it carries an additional acetyl group. The acetylation makes NAC more resistant to degradation by carnosinase, an enzyme that breaks down carnosine to its constituent amino acids, beta-alanine and histidine. Our N-Acetylcarnosine (NAC) in Vision Clarity is synthetic. This preferred version of NAC combines the two amino acids together that make up NAC and acetylates it. Natural NAC would have to be extracted from meat and then acetylated. To maintain our non-animal based product standards, we do not use natural NAC.
The high quality glycerin in Vision Clarity is Palm Oil based.
